The horizontal navigation near the top of each page (similar to eBay or Yahoo) presents a tiered view of the home page, followed by successive levels to the actual forum or topic you are in. To the far right is your immmediate location and to the far left is always the home page link, desgnated by the text "The Online Leadership Community". And the links in between separated by the ">" are the levels in between. Clicking on any of those will take you to that level.

This may seem intuitive enough, but I thought it worth mentioning because these links are not underlined. However, when you hover over them, your mouse cursor will appear.
Warning: If you have "collapsed" a forum and then click on that forum link, nothing will be there. You must expand the forum to see its contents.
